When you look back on your experiences with KU, you may not be aware of the ways private support significantly enriched that experience. Because state appropriations do not fully fund the academic programs of the KU School of Fine Arts, donors play a crucial role in helping our students and faculty explore, stretch the imagination and create new initiatives. Private support is the catalyst that makes the impossible possible.
As the development director for fine arts and The Lied Center of Kansas, I travel the country to visit with alumni and friends of the school.
