Megan McManus grew up in Bangor, Maine. After high school she moved to Boston, MA and received her Bachelor’s degree at The School of the Museum of Fine Arts affiliated with Tufts University. In 1999 she moved to Los Angeles, CA where she began showing her work at POST Gallery. After two solo shows and reviews in The Los Angeles Times and Art in America, she began showing her art at Angles Gallery in Santa Monica, CA. She received her Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach in the Spring of 2006 and continues to work with Angles Gallery.
