Visiting Artist Series

The Department of Art Visiting Artist Program has been bringing in artists with international, national, and regional reputations, on a regular basis since 1970. Normally, from 6-10 artists/educators/scholars are brought in each academic year to lecture to students, faculty and/or the general public, as well as to critique student work, and/or conduct short term workshops. Additional artists are frequently brought in under co-sponsorship with other departments on campus as well as other campuses in adjacent cities.
