8th Annual Collage Concert & Reception

The School of Fine Arts held its Eighth Annual Collage concert and reception on Friday, September 14, 2007, in the Lied Center of Kansas. This year's concert started at 7:30 p.m. and highlighted the four units of the School of Fine Arts–the departments of art, design, music & dance, and the Lied Center of Kansas.  The concert featured works by visual and performing arts students and faculty in a 90-minute, fast-paced format. The program for this year's Collage evening included dance and vocal performances, choral groups, band and orchestral performances, art and design video presentations, the Marching Jayhawks, and more.  

Following the concert, the School of Fine Arts held a fundraising reception in the Seymour Gallery of the Lied Center. Proceeds from the reception benefit the School of Fine Arts Student Opportunity Fund, which supports travel grants for students.
